1 German Chocolate cake mix
1 small package sweetened flaked coconut (or 1 cup)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar (16 oz.)
Spray or grease a 9x13 baking dish. Put coconut and pecans evenly in the
bottom of the dish. (We mix them together first for ease.) Prepare cake
mix according to directions on box. Pour into dish over the coconut and
pecans. Melt cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar and beat well.
Pour this mixture over the cake mix. Bake according to box directions.
Cake will not look done...but DO NOT OVERBAKE! Delicious!
